 Conductor:

 Material: High purity oxygen-free copper (T1/T2) or aluminum alloy (AA8000 series) in accordance with IEC 60228.

 Type: Multi-stranded stranded (Class 2/5) or single core (Class 1) for improved flexibility and resistance to bending.

 Insulation:

 Material: polyvinyl chloride (PVC), cross-linked polyethylene (XLPE) or ethylene propylene rubber (EPR).

 Characteristics: Heat-resistant (70℃~90℃), flame-retardant, chemical-resistant.

 Filler layer (multi-core cable): non-hygroscopic material (e.g. PP rope) to maintain roundness.

 Inner sheath (optional): PVC or PE to enhance internal protection.

 NH-VV: fire-resistant type, mica tape wrapped conductor, maintained energized during fire.

 ZC-YJV: Flame-retardant grade C, passed GB/T 18380 flame-retardant test.

 WDZ-YJY: Halogen-free and low smoke, environmentally friendly, suitable for crowded places.

 Voltage level: 0.6/1kV, 300/500V.

 Conductor cross-section: 1.5mm²~1000mm² (single-core or multi-core: 2~5 cores, including 3+1, 4+1, etc.).

 Bending radius: ≥10×cable outer diameter (non-armored) or ≥15×(armored).

 Working temperature:

 PVC insulation: -15℃~70℃; XLPE insulation: -40℃~90℃.

 Laying method: direct burial, pipe penetration, bridge, cable trench, etc.
